Forward Continuance Discusses: Graduates Are the Future

At Forward Continuance we value hard working individuals and those that show the strive to succeed. “Our beliefs are training people the skills it takes to be successful,” says Mitchell Hughes, managing director of Forward Continuance. With graduate season up and about, many young individuals will be looking for opportunities, and not many of those will have a tremendous amount of experience. Studies show that it has gotten harder to grasp a job because of the job marketing being competitive or just not accepting people will minimum experience. “We need to realize that this country needs to be more willing to give inexperienced individuals an opportunity over the experienced. How will you know based off an individual’s written records if they can do a job, show hard work, show motivation and thrive to succeed?” says Mitchell Hughes of Forward Continuance.

By giving the inexperienced a chance, you’ve opened up room for qualities that experienced people don’t quite have. These two types of individuals have their perks and cons, but with an inexperienced person, by giving them a chance, you’re getting an individual that will work really hard to show you they belong there. “Everyone can be successful with the right guidance. There are winners and losers in life; participating doesn’t quite cut it in the real world. It’s important to note that business is a game of poker, it doesn’t matter what cards you get dealt. Everyone can have a winning hand. It’s all about the decisions and actions an individual has,” says Mitchell Hughes of Forward Continuance.

Actions and ambition to do something are what make individuals successful. Many of the greatest people in our history have started out with nothing. Minimum experience. But they had the drive to be innovative and succeed. Similarly, at Forward Continuance, we believe in those individuals. We believe in those that want to go far and show a passion for it. We guide every individual and make sure we’re doing what we can to help them succeed; those are our values — that everyone can make it when they work hard regardless of their past experiences.
